I had the privilege of attending the Big City Moms Biggest Baby Shower on Wednesday, April 14 at the Park East Ballroom. I won a VIP ticket in a contest from DaDaRocks and what an event it was. Big City Moms threw a most wonderful Baby Shower. There were tons of vendors, giveaways, mini seminars, and the most amazing swag you could imagine. This event host the most up to date information on some of the most amazing baby products on the market today. Some of the many vendors were: Orbitbaby, Bugaboo, Maclaren, Skip*Hop, Icandy, Robeez/Stride Rite, Bloom, Britax, Delta, Boon, The Bump, Giggle, BuyBuy Baby, Momma Coulture, Mam, Born Free, Earth’s Best, BabyLegs, Oeuf, Nomiebaby, Teutonia, Babyplanet, Planet Kids, Prince Lionheart, Safety 1st, this is just to name a few… there were so many more and so much information to be found. I also attended two of the mini seminars, the first was Dr. Alan Greene speaking about his book, Feeding Baby Green, which everyone also received a copy of. Then Carley Roney of the Bump talked about being a savoy, successful mom. After each of these mini seminars they held raffles and a few lucky moms won baby strollers…so cool! And now for the amazing swag, since I had the VIP ticket, I received two swag gift bags and was allowed to enter the event an hour earlier. I received a Bugaboo blanket, Robeez shoes, Beansprout blanket, CompanyKids sheet, Boon baby items, BabyLegs warmers, a beautiful pair of Oeuf mittens, Maclearen baby toy, Safety 1st kit, Mam oral care products, bottles and pacifiers, Born Free bottles, Dr.Brown bottles, Prince Lionheart bottles, Eco store baby soaps, bibs from Earth’s Best and BuyBuy Baby, a book for Dads “ABC’S for Expectant Dads” from DaDaRocks, and lots of coupons and offers for photography, various products and even a $25 gift card from the Gilt. And to top it off, when you entered the event you were given a bingo card and as you visited each vendor they signed it, so that at the end of the night you would also receive a raffle prize, some moms won strollers, baby carriers, high chairs, and if you did not win a big prize you would still get a lovely gift from SKIP*HOP. SKIP*HOP gave away tons of stuff. I got a lovely Skip*Hop Duo Deluxe Edition Diaper Bag. And I cannot forget the vendors from AAA, many thanks for the plush bear for my Little Wee one. I had so much fun, took in so much useful information, received amazing gifts, just an amazing night. Big City Moms did a wonderful job, this event rocks and I can’t wait to go to another Big City Moms Baby Shower! I am going to make sure all of my mommy to be friends attend a Big City Moms Biggest Baby Shower Event! Thank You Big City Moms and DaDaRocks for a wonderful night!
